Webinar: The State of the Legal Technology Stack 2026

📣 Webinar: The State of the Legal Technology Stack 2026

Presented by Tonkean & Corporate Counsel Business Journal

📝 Three key findings from "The State of the Legal Operations Tech Stack," our new survey of 300 legal ops execs across the enterprise:

✅ A whopping 60% of enterprise legal ops teams are already using AI agents to complete complex work.

✅ At the same time, only 25% of legal ops teams say their legal technology stack is adequately integrated.

That gap explains the third finding: when asked to name what AI capability they plan on investing in next, 61% of respondents cited more seamless system integration.

Translation = Legal Ops is moving into its orchestration era.

Enterprise legal and legal ops teams are at a crossroads. They’ve invested heavily in technology—from CLM platforms to matter management tools, AI to automation—but still struggle with familiar challenges: too much manual work, too many disconnected systems, poor visibility into matter status, low adoption, and inefficient processes that frustrate stakeholders and slow down the business.

At the same time, the rapid emergence of agentic AI promises to transform how legal work gets done and upend the status quo.

How are forward-thinking legal and legal operations enterprise teams addressing these uncertainties and shaping their technology strategies for 2026?

To help answer these questions, Tonkean partnered with leading industry researchers to conduct an in-depth survey of hundreds of legal and legal ops executives spanning corporate counsels, general counsels, and legal operations teams at mid- to large-enterprise organizations across industries.

We asked about everything—from how legal teams are structured, to the percentage of their work that’s still manual, to what frustrates them most about their current processes, to how they’re using (or planning to use) new technologies like AI agents in 2026.

Now—alongside Connie Brenton, Co-founder and CEO of LegalOps.com and co-founder and former CEO of CLOC, plus Jeffrey Franke, Co-founder & General Counsel of LegalOps.com and co-founder and former General Counsel of CLOC—we’ve unveiled and analyzed the complete results in a live webinar hosted in partnership with Corporate Counsel Business Journal:
