Tonkean Hires Nicole Aviv as General Manager of ProcurementWorks

PALO ALTO, CA. Monday, January 19, 2025 — Tonkean, the first-of-its-kind process and agentic orchestration platform, today announced that it has hired Nicole Aviv as the General Manager of ProcurementWorks.

Aviv is a visionary tech veteran who brings to enterprise procurement a level of experience and technological ability that make her the perfect technology partner for procurement’s agentic era.

Aviv spent the previous two years working on ProcurementWorks as Tonkean’s Principal Product Manager, where she led core platform and agent initiatives—from the underlying orchestration model to schema‑driven configuration and early multi‑agent execution patterns.

Before that, she spent five years scaling a compliance platform as Head of Product.

She steps into her role as GM of ProcurementWorks at the perfect time. The function is at an inflection point, in particular when it comes to AI agents and orchestration, which have captured the imagination of procurement teams like no technology in recent memory. Yet to seize the transformative potential of this technology, procurement teams need a particular kind of orchestration technology—and a particular kind of technology partner.

“I'm delighted to share that we've named Nicole Aviv our new General Manager of ProcurementWorks,” Sagi Eliyahu, Tonkean’s co-founder and CEO, said. “She understands what it takes to move enterprise software from vision to adoption—and what making transformative use of AI agents and orchestration in procurement demands. I can't wait to see what she and our customers accomplish this year.”

“There has never been a more exciting time to be in procurement technology,” Aviv wrote in a recent blog post. “I aim to make ProcurementWorks the enterprise platform procurement teams rely on to execute agentic work with confidence, and to help procurement leaders move beyond experimentation and into sustained, governed AI‑driven execution.”

ProcurementWorks is Tonkean’s award-winning, industry-leading orchestration solution for enterprise procurement operations teams. As General Manager, Aviv will be working directly with enterprise procurement teams across the world to help them make transformative use of every aspect of the solution, from intake to AI agents.
